(No one is excluded from this policy.) —No shows— No shows will not be tolerated. You will receive a text to confirm your appointment and a text 24 hours before you appointment. If you neglect your appointment, 100% of your service total will be accessed and you are no longer able to book. —Cancellations— You have (24 hours) prior to your appointment time specifically for cancelling. (**Anything cancelled LESS that 24 hours applies to this policy.) Please be mindful i am not granted enough time to fill your appointment if cancelled the day of. Please pick a day and time your confident will work for you, **You will be charged a cancellation fee of *75% of service total.** —Grace Period— You are given a (GRACE) period of (7 minutes) due to service timing preceding your scheduled appointment time. A $15 late fee is added after 7 minutes has passed! I understand life happens, I ask that you plan your appointment accordingly☺️ Depending on service you may also have to reschedule service so please be mindful of the timing or your services. —Extra guests are not welcome- (Children are not allowed unless being serviced.) I offer Brow services starting at the age of 14 with parent consent. -In case of an emergency, same day cancellation or tardiness please call me @816-668-2164. Emails are not direct communication so please refrain from that method. Policies pertaining to Tardiness and Cancellations still apply even if you are cancelling your service. Cancellation Policy
No shows and Tardiness are absolutely NOT tolerated at Broww Plugg Kc. If you no show you will be charged 100% of service total and will no longer be able to book. Tardiness of more that 10 minutes without communication of being late will result in a service cancellation and may be seen as a no show. I ask that you communicate in advance if you can’t attend your service 24hours in advance or if you will be late so I have ample time to fill your appointment spot or can communicate with the client following your appointment that I may run behind. If appointment is canceled the day of appointment you will still be charged 75% of service total. Please plan your appointments in advance, Thank you💛
